Michael Grundmann, System Administrator at Linus Wittich: "The media designers were introduced to the tools and possibilities found in InDesign, as well as to various other programs, e.g., Bridge.

The clarification and in-depth explanations of the individual work steps allowed each prepress operator to comprehend and subsequently to repeat these steps independently.

Numerous questions were answered patiently and in a qualified manner. However, due to InDesign’s comprehensive possibilities and a relatively short period of time, many subjects weren’t touched on. Nevertheless, the unanswered individual questions were able to be mutually resolved during production.

The course’s trainer, Ms. Stolte from 3f8h.net, was capable of addressing the various assignment areas of each individual setter. These good and helpful tips received during the course were able to assist the operators during production.

Solutions were sought for publishing-specific situations as well, such as e.g. DIN A3-Newspapers, opening of older documents created in QuarkXPress, etc.

Thanks to the training, InDesign made it possible to directly guarantee continual production without any problems.
