The Colormanagement products basICColor print & DeviL, the callas pdfToolbox Server as well as Enfocus PowerSWITCH ensured the Fujifilm Award “Prepress-Team of the Year”

Mr. Joerg Ruehle, Colormanagement-Expert at Start Digital reports:
“The deployment of basICColor Print and DeviL, in combination with catch as an alternative to our previous software for color conversion originated from the desire for more flexibility in regard to customers’ as well as our own company’s standards.
The requirements were, for example, the conversion and optimization (GCR) of customer data that eventually could be delivered in a customer-company standard and would have to be converted to our company standard for upgraded newspapers. In this case, basICColor-Tools allow for one-step conversion as well as making exact steering of GCR development possible.
Through the integration of the Device-Link-Profile in PowerSWITCH and pdfToolbox Server, the conversion is automated.”
